Claims
Damaged/ lost goods; claims must be received in writing within 7 days from receipt.

Delivery costs
Delivery costs will be added to all orders according to the applicable rate for delivery zone. Europe: £6, Rest of world: £10 plus Premium Express options. Orders placed after 2.00pm will be shipped the next working day.

If, after placing your order, you realise you have made an error, please call us immediately on 0121 233 4757 to make any changes.

Force majure
