Yes, many of our gifts can be gift wrapped.

Gifts suitable for gift wrapping have an extra tick box in the add to cart panel. There is an additional fee for this service.
What experience do you have engraving gifts?
We have been engraving gifts for almost 20 years. In that time we have discovered that engraving can more of an art-form than a science. We use the latest up to date computer controlled methods hand in hand with traditional methods.
For our Sterling Silver Gifts and Palladium Wedding Rings we employ a highly skilled craftsman who engraves the awards and gongs handed out by HM Queen Elizabeth.

How do you engrave your gifts?
We have three methods of gift engraving.
Depending on the size and shape of the gift you choose we will use one of the following engraving processes:
- Computer controlled engraving machine
- Old style pantograph machine (a manually operated machine)
- Hand engravers – for pens and smaller items

Can your gifts be personalised?
Most of our gifts can be engraved with a personal message.
Some of our gifts do not lend themselves to engraving due to the nature of their shape or detailed design on the gift, but most do.

- In the UK we use Royal Mail special insured delivery
- For Ireland we use Royal Mail international signed for
- For mainland Europe we use Royal Mail international signed for
- For the rest of the world we decide when shipping to use either international carrier or Royal Mail – no additional costs will be payable
How long will it take to ship my gift?
The Online Gifts Company will make and ship most orders within 5 working days, we have stock of our most popular gifts and will ship these within 2 working days.
*Express delivery includes online order tracking. Orders need to be placed by noon.
